How it works
- The Empire State Building allows the date and time to be changed BEFORE the reserved time, subject to availability and to any fare difference (if the new time costs more, the difference is charged separately). After the reserved time there is no change or refund: an issued ticket is final and non-refundable.
- There is no automatic change on the website: our team makes the change with the Empire State and confirms it in writing. The ticket holder can also change it in person at the Empire State Building box office.
- The request alone does not change your booking: the new date only applies after our written confirmation.
- Ask as early as possible. All times are New York time.
Have at hand
- Name of the person who made the purchase
- E-mail used for the purchase (or the order code)
- Current date and time of the ticket
- New date and time you would like (New York time)
